This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to start a career in investment management or financial planning and/or to work in a business integrating progressive social change into its mission. The Client Experience Associate I position plays an important role with our team in delivering exceptional service and an above-and-beyond experience for our impact-focused investment clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Communicate with clients about the company’s mission & services; ensure calls & emails answered in a timely, upbeat manner
• Onboard new clients; gather & organize client documents & data; serve as guide to completing paperwork & accessing systems
• Provide ongoing client service; efficiently handle client requests for cash movements, transfers & account updates
• Capture notes from client calls & meetings; fully leverage & optimize the use of our CRM system & electronic files
• Help ensure that office operations are in good working order & have a focus on environmental sustainability
• Help enable the full advisory team to show up confident, prepared, and supported
• Coordinate client meetings and other engagements/events for our advisor team using calendar software
• Help advance Figure 8’s commitment to social impact and sustainability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; some financial services or other related professional experience may substitute
• Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite; strong ability to learn and apply new software systems quickly
• Exceptional organizational skills and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
