US SIF Board Nominations 2026 Now Open
We are pleased to present an outstanding slate of nominees for election and re-election to the US SIF Board of Directors. Each candidate brings a strong commitment to sustainable investing and to advancing US SIF’s mission at a pivotal moment for the field.
Together, these nominees reflect a diverse range of perspectives, skills, and expertise—from policy and research to asset management and advocacy. We are excited about the depth of leadership they would bring to the Board and the role they can play in guiding US SIF’s strategic priorities in the years ahead.

Daniel Hanson
Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, Neuberger Berman
I am Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager and Quality Equity Group Head with Neuberger Berman since January 2022, managing the firm’s flagship socially responsible Quality Equity mutual fund which was launched in 1994. I bring a 25+ year history of managing US and global equity institutional portfolios and have maintained a top quartile ESG track record dating back to 2006. I have been an advocate for sustainable investing for over 20 years.

Edward Farrington
President, North America, Impax Asset Management
Ed is President, North America at Impax Asset Management and Co-Head of the Client Group. Ed is responsible for distribution of Impax’s full capabilities across North America, previously serving as the Head of Distribution for North America. In this capacity, he oversaw institutional and intermediary sales and client service efforts, engaging with consultants, advisers, institutions and plan sponsors ranging from investing in the transition to a more sustainable economy to navigating global retirement systems.
Ed joined Impax in 2021 from Natixis Investment Managers where he held multiple distribution leadership roles in London and Boston over the span of 12 years. With a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of New Hampshire, Ed also holds the FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 31 registrations, and is a registered representative of Foreside Financial Services, LLC.

Iyassu Essayas
CEO, Inflows
Iyassu Essayas is the founder of Inflows, a modern professional network built for Registered Investment Advisors. He launched Inflows after more than a decade working in responsible investing, drawing on deep experience in sustainable investment research, policy engagement, and industry leadership. Inflows provides a trusted environment for verified RIAs to strengthen connectivity across a traditionally fragmented profession, enabling real time dialogue, peer insights, and collaboration that reflects the evolving needs of the advisory landscape. Under Iyassu’s leadership, Inflows has emerged as a respected forum for RIAs seeking to navigate a rapidly changing industry with greater clarity, community, and shared expertise.

Janie Simms Hipp
CEO, Native Agriculture Financial Services
Janie Simms Hipp, J.D., LL.M. is a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma and serves as the Founding CEO of Native Agriculture Financial Services, a financing institution affiliated with the Farm Credit System of lending institutions chartered to serve rural and agriculture communities. Before serving at NAFS, Ms. Hipp was the fourth woman and first Native lawyer nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate to serve as USDA General Counsel. She previously served as the founding CEO of the Native American Agriculture Fund; and launched the USDA Office of Tribal Relations in the Office of Secretary Tom Vilsack. She served as Senior Advisor for Tribal Relations to Secretary Vilsack and as a National Program Leader at USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture. She has over forty years of experience as an advisor and agricultural lawyer at the domestic and international level.

Victor Orozco
Managing Partner, Bair Financial Planning
I’m one of the managing partners at Bair Financial Planning, where my key responsibilities are client meetings, firm operations, financial plan strategies, and investment portfolio management. I’ve been with the firm for more than 20 years and graduated from San Diego State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. I have also earned the Chartered SRI Counselor™ and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designations.
I also serve on the Wealth Consulting Group’s Investment Strategy Committee and co-manage our sustainable portfolios for all advisors and clients of our RIA who choose to align the assets in those approaches.
