Upcoming CARB Workshop

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) will be hosting a virtual public workshop with updates on the development and scope of the initial regulations on CA’s corporate climate disclosures.

Agenda: During the call, CARB will address changes to its September preliminary list of reporting entities, discussing updates to definitions and exemptions. CARB will also lay out the expected scope for the initial rulemaking which is expected to be presented in Q1 2026.

Oxfam Investor Sign-on Letter: Earlier this year, US SIF co-hosted a webinar exploring the Consolidated Mining Standard Initiative (CMSI) - an effort to consolidate existing benchmarks across the global mining sector into one resource that promotes responsible standards and best practices. The second draft of the CMSI has now been released. Oxfam USA has prepared an investor-only sign-on letter to ensure that investor voices are represented in this critical dialogue.
