Conference Agenda

Conference Agenda Committee

Members of this committee help organize US SIF's annual conference, including conference theme, plenary and breakout topics, and speaker selection. Committee members contribute by developing the description of sessions, inviting panelists and moderators for sessions and convening planning calls for the panelists and moderator.

Education

Education Committee

Comprised of leading practitioners and academics, this committee provides advice and input to the US SIF staff on educational programming and other content meant to educate current and prospective sustainable and impact investing practitioners.

Public Policy

Public Policy Committee

This committee assists US SIF in identifying, evaluating and monitoring public policy trends and issues that impact the sustainable investment industry and helps US SIF identify tools and strategies to advance its public policy priorities. The Policy Committee conducts an annual review of policy priorities for the organization. Members of the committee should have some experience in policy and be at firms that engage with public policy.

Research Committee

This committee supports US SIF staff members in undertaking, commissioning or publishing research under the brand of the US SIF Foundation to advance public understanding of sustainable investing and related issues. The Research Committee strives to ensure that research published by the US SIF Foundation meets a high standard of quality, accuracy and documentation.

Member Programming

Financial Advisory Committee

The Financial Advisory Committee provides valuable input and assistance to US SIF and the US SIF Foundation on programming for members working in financial advisory. The Committee supports work across US SIF workstreams on items specifically geared towards financial advisors and financial advisory organizations (from broker/dealer to technology firms), including conference agenda items, education and research materials, public policy reports, national and regional events, media and speaking opportunities, and more.
