Engage with Us: Illinois Workforce Disclosure

The Illinois General Assembly and state Senate have introduced the Workforce Investment and Sustainable Employment Reporting Act (WISER) and it is quickly gaining momentum. US SIF and our partners are working to identify firms that are interested in supporting this legislation.

What the bill covers: The bill would require companies that do business in the state to report data on human capital management metrics. This strategy mirrors California’s climate risk disclosure laws.
