SEC Roundtable on Executive Compensation Disclosure Requirements  

The SEC has released the agenda for its Roundtable on Executive Compensation Disclosure Requirements, which will be held on June 26, 2025, from 1pm to 5:35pm.  

Panel 1:

The first panel will discuss the process for setting compensation and how investors consider executive compensation in investment and voting decisions. The conversation will be led by Keir Gumbs and it includes panelists from Norges Bank Investment Management, the Council of Institutional Investor, Mastercard, Semler Brossy, and the Center on Executive Compensation.  

Panels 2 + 3:

The next two panels will discuss the history of executive compensation disclosure, the content investors find material, and recent disclosure challenges to frame the future of disclosure requirements. Featured panelists include the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organization (AFL-CIO), the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CALPERS), ExxonMobil, BlackRock, and more.
