The US SIF Foundation's Center for Sustainable Investment Education will host a training on the Fundamentals of Sustainable and Impact Investment.
The course will be held at MSCI in San Francisco from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, as part of the west coast launch tour for the 2018 Trends Report on US Sustainable, Responsible and Impact Investing Trends.
Client demand for sustainable, responsible and impact investment (SRI) continues to grow. More than one out of every five dollars under professional management in the United States is invested utilizing SRI strategies.
The course provides investors, advisors, consultants and analysts with a brief history of SRI, insight into portfolio construction considerations including ESG incorporation and shareowner advocacy, an overview of performance studies and fiduciary standards as well as guidance on how to communicate sustainable and impact investing expertise. The course will be led by expert sustainable investment practitioners.
